ASP technicians arrived at scheduled time, were knowledgeable, explained both units to me, cleaned work areas thoroughly, assisted in downloading and using app for remote thermostat operation. A positive experience
Had a issue with the set up but , problem was fix all the guys working on it were professional and helpful when questioned on certain areas of operation and maintenance thanks to everyone who help with a our new system
Had trouble with my a/c unit not working. Called mesaba heating. Called the main office and spoke to John. He had me take a bbfew pictures and send to see if he could diagnose my a/c. He said my sensor board was not working properly. He said they would send out a tech in the morning. The tech has sent me a message stating he was finishing up a job and would be headed to my location shortly. He showed up about an hour later, looked at my stat and went down to my furnace/a/c unit. He said the sensor unit was defective and would replace. Had the new unit in place, rewired and up and running in about an hour.
