I called about a problem with my MacBook and Robin booked me for a same day appointment. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in diagnosing the issue. He provided a quote for the fix and was transparent about my other option of getting it serviced by Apple. I highly recommend Robin for his honesty and expertise!

Ray taught me so much in the 90 minutes he spent with me. He patiently answered my questions, helped to tighten the hinge on my laptop and didn't charge me a dime. I left feeling more confident in my own ability to repair my laptop and any future laptop I might own. That was an invaluable gift

Contacted Robin, met him the same day, and two days later he had pulled all the files off of our 2007 iMac, plus a FireWire external drive that nobody could connect to, onto a brand new USB drive that could be read by Mac or PC.
