I wasn’t one of A 1’s customers and up here if you bought a furnace or ac from someone else good luck trying to get someone to come out for a service call. I get that and understand that, but to my surprise A1 fit me in and Ernie came out in a timely matter. He knew the problem right away, and had me fixed up in no time. I can’t tell you how good it feels to know I have someone I can trust! I wish I found them 15 years ago!“
