Very thorough with new puppy. A week after my first appointment I had to come in for a quick appointment because puppy got into garbage. They were able to get me in right away and took very good care of her. I would recommend them to everybody.

I’ve been going here since 2017 when I got my first cat and have seen several of their doctors over my time here and have only had 1 bad experience with a Dr during covids distance care and when I called later to request my pets not see them anymore they were kind and understanding about it and made a note for me (I do not recall their name anymore and none of the names on the website look correct so they may not even be there anymore) However, this last year things took a turn for the worse and my oldest cat ended up unexpectedly passing in June 2023 and my second cat needed surgery barely 2 weeks later. This was our vet for the couple years we lived in the area, and they were excellent the entire time. We had a cat euthanized with them, and everyone we spoke with was absolutely wonderful and so compassionate. Explained everything very well through the entire process. We used a room where we entered from a side door, so we never had to walk through the lobby. Gave us plenty of time to say goodbye, and did everything they could to make his passing as comfortable and quick as possible. Were not annoyed by my insistent sobbing.
