This company could vastly improve by firing all racist and violent drivers. One of their drivers was displaying a confederate flag, and in response another motorist flicked them off. At a stop, the Eckblad Trucking driver got out, approached the other vehicle, and punched the young woman face twice. This is seriously who you are employing? This speaks volumes of your company.

Fire your violent drivers, issue a formal apology and monetarily compensate the victim. The fact your driver got out of a car to assault a woman through her car window is extremely uncalled for and criminal.

One of your intermodal drivers assaulted my friend today in Minneapolis because he didn’t like the gesture she made in regard to the confederate flag he had displayed in the cab of his truck. It seems pretty reckless for a trucking company to allow a driver to continue working for them after he is witnessed punching a woman in the face in a road rage incident while he is working. I trust that you’ll do the right thing here.
