Excellent service today by Paul (electrician). I called this morning as my door wouldn't open. He quickly troubleshot the issue over the phone while my electrician was onsite and determined the transformer was bad. He had the part and I picked it up in Hector 90 minutes later, we got it swapped out with the bad part and all is now well again. Thank you!

My bifold hangar door, manufactured in 2006, would not open early on a Sunday morning. I called Schweiss Doors and left a message. By Sunday afternoon I had heard from owners Mike and Dave Schweiss inquiring about my door. I was surprised by their calls, given their status in the company, and that it was on a Sunday.
Monday morning I was put in contact with Paul Smith, in their electrical department. Paul helped me to troubleshoot the issue by guiding me through a process of elimination whereby he pinpointed the problem. I am not an electrician, however, I like to make my own repairs when I can.
