Outstanding customer service! My door wouldn’t open, after business hours of course. I called the company and all of the tech’s had left for the day. I was given Dave’s cell phone number. I called him and he patiently walked me through troubleshooting and got it fixed. The door has been great with very few issues. When there is an issue, the friendly, helpful team has been great to deal with.

I started in the building business in 1986. And 37 years later I'm still in the business. Schweiss hangar doors have always been there. Building companies and hangar door companies come and go, but not Schweiss.A few years ago, a customer from 25 years ago in Alaska called me and said he wanted to replace the cables on his Schweiss door. Nothing wrong with them, just as a precaution. Schweiss Federal Expressed him new cables that day. No charge! I myself personally have been working with Schweiss Doors for 21 years and I’ve never had a bad experience whatsoever Jeremy and Mike and Dave are very helpful can you even get a hold of them on the weekend if you need a question that’s unheard of by most businesses
