Jamie did a great job with preparing and filing our 2022 federal tax return in 2023 - I'm glad he was able to help us lower our tax bill. However, his communication skills were lacking. By the middle of May, I still didn't know if our taxes had been filed or not. It was incredibly frustrating to leave voice messages and send emails and get no response for weeks on end.
