I have gone to Midwest Dental ever since I was little and I have always had a great experience with them. With that being said. I am so grateful for my experience today. The new staff did a really good job and Nikisha (very possibly misspelled) was so kind and gave me some really good advise! She actually explained risks and why certain things are important. Stuff that I had just never been thought before. I will definitely be going back to see her again!!!
Great communication, easy to make the appointment, super easy texting option for following up. Office was clean and updated. Assistant was skilled taking my X-rays. Dr Tashi is super friendly and did a thorough exam and addressed all my concerns. Kirsten did a great job with my cleaning, thoroughly but gently. I'm glad I found this office.
The first time I came in for an appointment I was so thoroughly Impressed. They made everything was taken taken care of. Dr. Tsering made sure I was very informed and had every bit of information I need to make any decision I needed to make. Gina was so through with my examination. I didn’t realize that I was in and out quickly. The staff are so professional and I’m so happy the I chose the Hastings location. If you want things done right choose them!
