Mr. McGrath came to look at a piece of fascia board siding that came loose on the second story of my house. He found that all of the fascia board siding had been put on with nails not suitable for the exterior. It was not the only piece that was about to fall off. In addition, the soffit around my porch had been installed with channels that were incorrect in size and it was all loose. He said that it should eventually be replaced, but was not an immanent problem. I decided to have all of the repairs done before winter arrived. Mr. McGrath and his assistant finished all of the work in in less than two days. He quoted me a reasonable price range depending upon what other problems were found and made those extra repairs all for the base price quoted. They did a beautiful job and I am very happy with the quality of their work. I will definitely contact him for any future needs. I am happy to highly recommend this company.
