We had been talking about how nice it would be to have an irrigation system for a while, and when Stephanie knocked on our door about a month ago, offering a variety of services from Image Contracting, we decided it was time to finally get a real quote. Brent arrived a couple days later and did a great job explaining the process and what we should expect, was quick to provide answers for all of our questions, and gave us a quote that felt very fair. Brent told us that we would most likely be getting our system installed towards the end of May. Within a couple weeks Stephanie contacted us to get specific dates on the calendar. A plumber on their team arrived a few days ahead of time to run a new line from where our well line enters the house, and did a great job dealing with a bunch of other utilities in the way in the area where the new water line needed to exit the house. A few days later, a large crew showed up exactly on time, ready to work, and got our seven zone system up and running in just a few hours. There were a few obstacles (roots from a big tree we recently removed and private utilities) that the team handled very skillfully and professionally. Everyone was approachable, communicative, and receptive to our input throughout the entire process. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. I’ve heard horror stories from neighbors and friends about contractors not showing up when they said they would, and we were delighted by how professional and punctual everyone on the Image Contracting team was. Payment was easy, and there were no hidden costs or surprises. We’re extremely pleased with the new irrigation system Image Contracting installed for us this past week, and won’t hesitate to get them back out here for other work in the future.
