My wife and I recently built a house through JP’s “Build on Your Own Lot” program, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, the process was smooth, the staff were exceptional, and the quality of our new home exceeded our expectations. We had the pleasure of working with Daniel for sales, and he was phenomenal. His communication was clear and timely, and he worked diligently to ensure we got exactly what we wanted within the options available. Daniel also took the time to explain every step of the process, making everything feel seamless and transparent. In addition to Daniel, we worked with Zach and Mitchel, our construction managers, who were just as impressive. They communicated consistently, explained each stage of the build, and were always available to answer our questions. Their attention to detail was remarkable—they caught and addressed any issues to ensure everything was done to the highest standard. Overall, we’re thrilled with our new home and wouldn’t hesitate to build with JP again. We’ll definitely be recommending this fantastic team to anyone considering their services! JP Brooks has been spectacular to work with from Day 1. We had previously built a townhome with another company and we’re just stunned at the difference a good builder makes and how much more confidence we had in our new home being quality. We really enjoyed looking through homes with Stephanie before deciding on the Arbor model in Hanover Austin M. has been our assistant site manager and has been so easy to communicate with and so genuinely kind making sure our concerns (even if they were all in our head) were addressed. Zach (site manager) was so helpful on our walkthrough and made us feel at home before we even moved in. Austin and Zach went above and beyond during our final walkthrough and took the time to make sure we never felt rushed and understood everything about the new home. They even gave us some great tips to save money on maintenance. Everyone at JP Brooks clearly take great pride in their work and think about the details many builders would overlook. I cannot recommend them more highly. We have been told also that our relationship doesn’t stop after we close and they will be there if something comes up which is so reassuring.
