Zach was impressive from the start. His explanation of services and ability to visualize a solution was great. He was very thorough and ensured the job would be done right the first time. He’s a very humble individual and takes pride in everything he does. We had an issue with water flowing back into an egress window well that was below ground level, but he got us on his schedule as soon as possible to get work completed before next the heavy rainfall. We’ve had a few heavy storms since the repair and we’ve been thrilled that our basement hasn’t flooded with new install. He’s even checked in after storms to ensure things are working as intended.
