The actual clinic is neat and clean and pleasant. The actual medical staff is okay, and what is fairly normal for mainstream medical services. However, the front desk woman "L" is a huge failing of this clinic. She is nosey (highlighted summary papers with a marker, like she was reading what the medical diagnosis was- I'm fairly certain she isn't a medical professional and has no business reviewing my medical diagnosis), and she isn't helpful in any manner as far as when youre making an appointment or any time when youre communicating with the clinic about a request.
