Nice to know they have a nice lumber yard in Greenbush where they have a professional service guy there named Jerry and they tend to customers needs. Pretty well. Professional Service and willing to satisfy contractors in do-it-yourselfers. I would highly recommend this place
I have owned 3 units, one 5036 and two 6048s. All worked fine, no complaints.
Everyone is always so friendly and very knowledgeable of both small and large animals. Dr. Mattson is willing to answer if we have an emergency for either my small or large animals.
