Excellent service!! I broke my frames called them, they fixed them the same day!!! I have worn glasses for 30 years broken multiple pair never received service like I did from the amazing ladies here!!

I rarely leave reviews! But this visit for my 14-year-old daughter was an amazing experience. I am so impressed and blown away by the customer service we received at Shopko Optical in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. They brought us back as soon as we walked in! No waiting. We had a digital appointment. Andy ran all the required tests, and let me tell you, that girl is an asset to this company. She is extremely intelligent and was patient with my daughter. They didn't have to dilate the eyes with eye drops here, which is a huge added bonus! Instead of scheduling an appointment for our sit-down session in the future, they made it work so we could sit down and do it after her appointment.… read full review
