I woke up one morning to a sink overflow, through the floor, dripping through my ceiling onto the next level.. I called them around 9am, and Dan was here within a couple hours, and had his other guy here shortly after with all the equipment to dry out my floors and ceilings. I had no idea where to begin, and what the next step would be. Dan answered all my questions and made me feel at ease with the process. Definitely would recommend!! Also, Mary(I believe is her name) who works in the office was very friendly and easy to work with as well. They checked on everything daily. They both spent thirty years in other professions before forming the franchise. Gene worked as a general contractor, and Heidi worked as a nurse. They love traveling to warm, tropical locations, spending time at their cabin on Northome, and raising their grandson.
