“Like all people who have bias I would claim Peggy is the best in town when it comes to hair. However it's hard to argue with the fact of Peggy retaining a customer base strong enough to follow her from place to place. On her reputation alone I would shave my head into a mohawk if she said it would look good. I recommend her to all with unshakable confidence knowing it would be the best thing anyone could do for their hair.“
