We switched to Arrowhead from another local vet a few years ago and couldn't be happier with every experience we've had with them. From emergencies, phone call questions, routine care, surgeries, and unfortunately saying goodbye to fur babies - they have been amazing through all of it. The staff is always kind and helpful. We couldn't love them more!

We are in the area for the summer and needed a vet for our 3 mini dachshunds. Two of them went in for routine services and one had to have an emergency visit this week. They worked us in and were very accommodating. We had great experiences and are very happy to have found a compassionate vet in Grand Rapids!

Dr. Vickie is the best vet for shy hounds—she is gentle, assesses quickly, and takes all the time needed to treat her patients. Dr. Vickie and vet tech Eric helped my 3yo furry girl feel right at home.
