Gunflint Hills Golf Course is a well-kept 9-hole track in the north woods, recommended by local golf organizations. The friendly staff and great course conditions make it a joy to play, providing a challenging yet fun experience for both local and out-of-state guests. With a scenic layout featuring hills, trees, water, and sand, this course is a great option for a quick 9-hole round.
Had a great time, nice course with some challenging holes. Would definitely recommend it if in the area! Left behind our GPS and they mailed it back, nice honest and friendly guy. Thanks for the memories.
Nice 9 hole course, fairways, and greens in good condition. Hole 1 starts with a Par 5. Mature trees and growth line most fairways, easy to lose balls to the woods, rolling hills water and sand hazards. Easy to walk, great staff.
The course was a joy to play. A moderate walk, this 9-hole course proved both challenging and fun! As an out of state guest, I felt welcomed and the grounds were in great shape despite a lack of rain in recent days.
