My wife and I recently had a massage at Ancient Traditions and I can't recommend Bridgette highly enough. The combination of her experience combined with the relaxing low key environment was perfect. For all the Men out there who haven't tried a massage I would say try it, especially if you have sore muscles or just need to relax. You won't be disappointed.

I’ve suffered with chronic pain for a long time, but rarely treat myself to a relaxing massage. In September, I went to Ancient Traditions Healing for what was the best massage I’ve ever had. The location is convenient in Grand Marais, and inside was clean and comforting. I had a massage with hot stones and essential oils, and it was absolutely wonderful. The next time we’re in the area I plan on visiting Brigette again (who is absolutely lovely). I left the massage feeling relaxed, and the hot stones relieved my pain better than I could have hoped.

Brigette is an incredibly gifted healer and her new space is relaxing, inviting, and beautiful. I promise you, after your first massage you will walk away feeling better than you have all year!!! Her work helped relax some serious back, neck, and shoulder problems I was having and I am going to keep going back monthly even though I'm no longer having trouble because a massage at Ancient Traditions is one of the highlights of my week every time!!!
