The crew from Safe Basements did Waterproofing on our basement. As well as installing a sump pump. They were fast and efficient and performed their duties well. In closing we were very happy with their services; they even worked on Saturday to complete the job in 2018.
Brian came out early and gave us lots of helpful advice about how to fix the problems we are having in our well room. we first talked innovative basement and they offered us 1500.00 off if we signed that day. Another place quoted us 9,000.00 to fix our problems but can't get to us for two months. But Brian gave us some possible solutions for now and for protection in the future. I was impressed and grateful for his time and wisdom.
I am SO thankful I found Jon Fehrmann! I needed a second opinion on a foundation that was questionable before our inspection contingency ended... He rushed out same day during a snow storm to help! He gave knowledgable expertise & recommendations that were much appreciated. HIGHLY recommend, whether you are a real estate agent or a home owner. Jon is my new go-to guy!
