We recently had our roof replaced by PPC using Malarkey shingles, and I’m really impressed! The team was professional, quick, and did a great job. The roof looks fantastic, and they cleaned up everything afterward. Highly recommend PPC for any roofing needs!
Just finished getting a new deck built by Personal Pride Construction and its way nicer than the old one that was falling apart. Im in Minnetonka and that old wood deck was a mess boards rotting and warping from all the snow and rain we get here plus some rails were loose making it kinda unsafe especially with grandkids coming over.
Called around a bit but Personal Pride came out quick looked it over and explained how the old framing wasnt holding up anymore cuz of moisture getting trapped. They tore it all out replaced the bad joists with better treated stuff and put in composite decking thats high quality holds up to the weather way better no more... read full review
Found Personal Pride online checked their pics and reviews looked legit so I gave em a call. They picked up quick set up a visit the next day guy came out measured everything asked about how we use the space showed a few different board options. We went with the good composite material that feels sturdy and looks nice but still kept it affordable no ridiculous upcharges.
