In early December, I had issues with ice dams and at the recommendation of a friend, I called Key Prime. Unfortunately at the same time my husband was in the hospital in serious condition. The team at Key Prime, including Ashley, Monette and Scott were so personally supportive and caring. While we were not able to address the ice dams because of issues beyond their control, they went above and beyond. Their communication was excellent and they will be my choice for any roofing or remodeling project from here forward. They are truly a local family centered company with a heart!! Thank you
Most professional and friendly company I have ever worked with. My garage roof was repaired on time and within our budget. We were turned down by a lot of local roofing companies, because repair was only needed on a portion of the garage roof, not the entire roof. So thankful we found them.

Jordan came out the same day to assess the damage and help me file my insurance claim, which was a huge relief. Rachel handled all the back-and-forth with the insurance company and made sure everything that should be covered was covered. She was extremely responsive.
