JBS Exterior Professionals, LLC

JBS Exterior Professionals, LLC is a business that provides roofing and gutter services. Customers describe having a great experience getting a new roof and gutters. The team was very informative, friendly, and low-pressure through the entire process. The crew worked quickly to complete the project within a day, and the new roof looks great. JBS helped customers choose quality materials for the roof and answered all questions on the customer's schedule. They told customers what to expect and did the work when they said they would. They even tried to help with insurance. The new roof is beautiful and everything was cleaned up when they were done. Customers were very satisfied. JBS replaced roofs due to hail damage and worked with insurance providers directly to get claims processed so customers could get the full amount to get the job done properly. It was great that the team worked with them directly rather than having the customer in the middle of those discussions. The team did a terrific job removing the damaged shingles and replacing them with a high quality product that was exactly what was needed. They were professional, efficient, and left the place looking great. The team took the time to explain to customers and insurers the work that was needed and made sure as many of the expenses were covered as possible. They had good knowledge of the relevant building codes and a positive working relationship with the city inspector. Customers describe this as the best contractor experience ever, with great communication, questions answered, and the job done quickly. Customers are in love with how their houses look and would use them again for all exterior projects. JBS is recommended for roofing needs.
