We have been going to Doug Mock for 5 years. We called during tax season to make an appointment, and they said they aren't doing tax preparation anymore unless we do our financial planning with them. Most tax preparers are not taking any more people on at this time. Doug could have let us know BEFORE tax season! So unprofessional! Also last year the accountant said we were getting a huge tax return and when we went in to sign the tax forms he had made a mistake and we got back about 1/4 of what he had originally told us.

Do not get your taxes done here. They completed my taxes with the wrong SS # and had to correct. Didn't respond to my questions regarding IRA Contributions and now can't get a copy of my returns from last year and have been asking since January, over a month with no response. Really sub par service, not happy.
