Andy and Alicia from Kopp music did a wonderful job in cleaning, detailing and tuning our 30 year old Steinway piano. Every key was cleaned and lubricated. My kids noticed that the piano sounded much better and the pedal did not stick anymore. It was definitely worth getting the piano maintenance package.
Our children have been taking lessons with AKopp Music for several years, and it's been a wonderful experience. In addition to the fact that the kids always seem to be having fun and staying engaged during lesson time, their skills and musicianship have grown by leaps and bounds. I highly recommend Andy and Alicia.
