Julie Lloyd is a master at her craft. She has done many beautiful floral arrangements for my family over the years, most recently for my Grandma’s funeral. We spoke about trying to show my Grandma’s own love of gardening and wildflowers through the main arrangement, as well as her love of purple. Julie suggested a dynamic urn arrangement that was actually two pieces and could be moved either to circle the urn or flow around the other items on the altar (photos and such). It was absolutely beautiful. The colors were so rich and vibrant, and the diversity of texture among all the different flowers she chose were stunning (even among my family of gardeners, there were types of blooms that we had never seen before!). I know my grandma would have loved it. A couple years ago, Julie also worked with my family for the flowers for my Grandpa’s funeral- a casket arrangement as well as multiple upright standing arrangements. Those all turned out so beautifully, too. Thank you, Julie, for helping us celebrate our family, during the happy times and the sad times. Your compassion shows through your work, and I hope you know how much it means to us.

I had Uptown Florist create something super last minute...they did a beautiful job and were able to incorporate a special element that I requested!
