I have been in therapy with Jason for several years now and I could spend hours listing all of the ways he’s supported me in my mental health journey; he has been an invaluable support and a key piece in my healing. Jason has helped me to reprocess/ reevaluate past experiences and traumas, while also helping me navigate and manage present day symptoms and experiences. As a therapist myself, I have had a hard time finding a provider I could connect well with; Jason is personable, knowledgeable, and creates an environment that supports effective change. He is able to challenge me AND validate me; I’ve never once felt judged or looked down on.

I’ve been going to Jason for 4 years now, and I can honestly say I’ve done so much healing and self-improvement in those 4 years.

If you’ve been through a trauma, no matter how long it’s been, Jason is compassionate, supportive, and empathetic. Over the years we’ve built a therapeutic relationship founded on mutual respect and trust. Not only has it empowered me as a survivor of sexual trauma, but it’s repaired some of the mistrust and apprehension I had around men as a result of my trauma.

Jason was outstanding. He was very attentive to both my immediate needs and long-term life goals. He listened, and over time, helped me resolve the issues I was experiencing and helped me successfully transition into a new chapter in my life. He approached my needs with his skilled training, career knowledge and personal stories of his own.
