DR Lance is always great. I ordered bifocals was leary, I loved them
But wherever the glasses are sent to put the lenses in they stretched the frame and they keep sliding down my nose impacting how the glasses work. Went in and the gals tried to fix them twice.
They were very kind, empathetic, they ended up ordering me a new pair as the one I have not repairable.

I have only had great experiences here! The front desk staff is super welcoming and helpful. Dr. Gutfleisch is awesome! He’s so upbeat and personable. He really seems to know his stuff. I ordered contact lenses through Target for the first time today after my eye exam. I felt the price was very reasonable and I could use my Red Card for an extra 5% off. It was super quick and easy. I love that they’ll be shipped right to my house! Very happy with Target Optical Fridley!

Dr. Gutfleisch is super nice and personable. Very efficient visit. I showed up early and was able to start my appointment early. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Girls at the front counter are also very helpful and friendly. Not sure why this place has any negative reviews.
