Life Time Fridley is an athletic country club offering a wide range of amenities for fitness enthusiasts. The facility features an expansive fitness floor, unlimited studio classes, basketball courts, eucalyptus steam rooms, and both indoor and outdoor pools. Members can enjoy unlimited group training and personalized attention with a Signature Membership. While many appreciate the large facility and great equipment, some have expressed disappointment over limited class options, especially for rhythm-based or dance classes. There have also been issues with access to workout spaces outside of class times and payment methods. Suggestions for improvement include expanding the cafe menu to include more plant-based, high-protein options. Overall, Life Time Fridley aims to provide a welcoming environment for all fitness levels.

I give this Life Time Fitness in Fridley generally positive reviews..Liz at the front desk says the pool area is open until about 10:30 pm Monday to Friday and 8:30 pm Saturday and Sunday. There is a Pool Waitress serving beverages after 8 pm CST on Friday and Saturday night. 😄😅😀The Jacuzzid in the men's and women's locker rooms are very comfortable. The.capacity is 6 to 8 but sometimes after 8 pm there are members that overcrowd it and play on their smart phones .The free towels, organic lavender soap and shampoo is a plus along with private shower stalls is very appreciated 👍. The pickleball courts are very modern .$20 an hour for private rentals and… read full review
