The good news is that Eduardo arrived quickly following a request for same day service and did the job. Bad news is I believe I was overcharged both for labor and parts. It was not made clear what my charges were, instead he joked about it. I edited my review to 5 stars. After posting that I felt I was overcharged I received a phone call from the owner of the company who indicated he would review the charges, and if I was correct would take 20% off the labor charge. And he did! We had a good conversation and we both were able to talk freely about our impressions and, in his case, knowledge. I usually fix things myself, but this toilet clog had me stuck. Gopher Sewer & Drain showed up right on time and had it cleared in under 10 minutes. Super quick and reliable service.
