when I first got my eyebrows done I was BAWLING, she cut off the side of one of my brows but heres before and after, and I enjoyed it sm besides the fact my whole tail was cut off on one side...

Very upsetting experience. To my own fault I did arrive 8 minutes late, the lady supposed to cut my hair already took another guest. So she told me I have to wait until after that. I waited, She spent over 30 minutes cutting their hair. The other lady finished someone else and didn't take me back instead taking a walk in while I was going to wait longer. I had to get my 2 year old son and only had time between 5:30 and 6:15 to have my haircut. Unfortunately I'm in this industry and this is simply not the right customer service. Tonya was wonderful and did a good job cutting my hair, it's rare to find a stylist that knows what they're doing and listens. I have fine/wavy hair and she understood exactly what I needed to gain more body/volume! I'm always nervous when seeing a different stylist but I'm so grateful I did <3
