Lovely. I had thought I booked an appt., but I'm not great at computer. I love the cut Tonya gave to me. And nice that music wasn't annoying. Very peaceful. And stylists were not using their cell phones while on floor with customers. I really appreciate that so much. I'll be back in 4 weeks.
I took my mom here for the first time and she had a great experience. Her stylist was Mai who was very friendly and did an amazing job on my mom's hair. My mom's smile coming out of here spoke volumes. She definitely is coming back!
I made an appt for my elderly mom and arrived at the correct time. The stylist took a walkin client and we had to wait 10 min. Next time we will arrive 10 min earlier to avoid this happening again.
