Gary was great to work with throughout our project together. Communication was clear, questions were answered promptly, and everything stayed organized from start to finish. He was professional, easy to coordinate with, and followed through on everything he said he would do. I would not hesitate to work with him again.

I can't say enough good things about working with Gary. I found out that my family and I were going to need to move for work and he came in on a new garage build that had already started. He had great ideas of how to streamline the project to save money and even spent a lot of his time to meet with the city to review the changes to make sure there wouldn't be any issues. Gary is just a downright good guy and a top notch builder who has the customer's interest in mind. I'd give him way more than five stars if i could.

We began working with Bannochie Builders in September to discuss constructing a deck in our backyard. Gary was quick to respond to inquiries, completed several site visits to verify what we wanted out of a final product and get our buy-in, made suggestions for some of the details we hadn’t considered, and made the process easy.

Construction on our 20x14 deck took approximately 2 weeks, and Gary kept us updated on the day’s progress and plans for the week. Overall a great team to work with, and we were happy with the competitive pricing.

We are thrilled about the final product!
