I’ve had nothing short of a fantastic experience dealing with Tyler and the WDI Team since our beginning. Dealing with the WDI Trim Kit product they manufacture for me is even better.

I've been installing windows for some time now, both insert style and full-frame tear outs. In the past, full-tear outs have required an extensive amount of time and specific level of expertise for me or a one of my qualified installation techs to DIY new wood trim on site at our customer’s home. Not to mention all of the back end work in sourcing raw lumber at the correct lineal footage, rerouting this raw material to my finisher, and a short prayer for minimal hiccups in between.

Since the beginning of this year, the WDI team helped me with three custom products. The communication for each step of the process was professional and efficient. My products turned out exactly as I expected. The production time was better than quoted. Another nice surprise was that care was taken during packaging the items prior to shipping. Top notch service and products!
