Cory came out to diagnose total loss of power in my garage, I have knowledge of electronics but hadn't been able to figure it out myself.
Cory correctly traced down a single light that had been overstuffed with wires when the house was built in 1978, and found one connection had come loose and would connect or disconnect depending on vibrations in the garage (like opening the main door or pulling the string for this light).

I worked with Phil and he was great. He explained everything along the way and even put a new light on for me when he did not have to. Great work, cleanup was good, and communication was great.
