Cory came out to diagnose total loss of power in my garage, I have knowledge of electronics but hadn't been able to figure it out myself.
Cory correctly traced down a single light that had been overstuffed with wires when the house was built in 1978, and found one connection had come loose and would connect or disconnect depending on vibrations in the garage (like opening the main door or pulling the string for this light).
To his credit Cory managed to test all the systems despite my garage being full of stuff, making it a challenge, but he was VERY careful around my classic cars and motorcycles, which I appreciated greatly and we did not have to move anything....read full review
