What a great experience with my extraction. Such friendly and incredibly talented staff and Doctor Ackerman did a phenomenal job.They sprayed a numbing spray before my IV for sedation, and I didn't even feel the poke. Before I knew it I was awake and they had the extraction done very timely. I was even offered ice cream on my way our, I was a little groggy so I declined, but what a nice gesture! Communication was great throughout, starting with my; consult, billing, and procedure and instructions were very thorough and easy to understand. Highly recommend True North Oral Surgery!
Great bunch of Professionals, I can't really say it was fun. But I will say Dr Ackerman & staff made it as comfortable as possible. He answered my unusual questions, giving me complete confidence.
Dr Paul Vollner did my surgery to remove my wisdom teeth and it was as good an experience as a painful surgery can be! They were all very kind and did everything possible to make sure I wasn't too nervous or in any pain. And, they sent me home with cold stone ice cream!
