We had a leak in our basement and had these guys come over to check it out. After investigating and walking all over the house trying to determine where the leak was we decided it made the most sense to hold off on breaking into walls to look at pipes and for us to be a little more conscious about water on the floor in bathrooms because based on the symptoms it didn't seem like an actual pipe leak. It was the right call because I later realized the leak had come from my kid dumping our cat's water bowl out And it made perfect sense with everything we had talked about while investigating where the water should be coming from to create the leak. I was surprised to see the 1 star reviews. Mike recently came out to fix a pipe that was leaking in our ceiling. He was on time, professional, and very personable. He did a fantastic job and was in and out in less than an hour. I'm very pleased with his service.Service: Plumbing services

Yesterday afternoon our water stopped working. I called the city and they sent someone out. The problem was with our water meter. The meter was replaced but then a valve broke and due to the location of our water heater, it couldn't be repaired. We were told we'd need to contact a plumber to disconnect the water heater, replace the valve, and reconnect the water heater. In the meantime, we had absolutely no water. I called Mike late in the afternoon and explained the situation. He said he had a couple of people on his schedule for this morning but that he would work on shifting them around so that he could be here first thing, and that is exactly what he did.... read full review
