I love Namaste Hot! I’m originally from FM Area and they had hot yoga, once my husband and I moved to Fergus I was so happy to join Jenna’s crew! I started out just 2-3x/week and now I’m coming 5-7x/week!I’ve been attending her classes for a year now.. so amazing. The infrared heat and workouts keep you wanting more.I enjoy all of the 6am work outs and hot stretch classes ?
The variety of classes keeps me coming back. Hot stretch and firelight flow plus my favorites vinyasa flow and sculpt classes make this studio a yoga studio you can go to everyday and always be practicing something different. The heat is so therapeutic and comforting. All ages and all skill levels are welcome!!
I took my first Namaste Hot class three years ago and absolutely fell in love! My strength and flexibility have steadily improved through the guidance of the amazing instructor (Jenna). The studio is spotless and inviting. I highly recommend Namaste Hot!
