Ridiculous "safety" procedures for "Pro" pickup. Chain up, drive in, chain down, load. Chain up, drive out, Chain down.
Any wonder the place is like a morgue?

To whoever reads these, Greg in the paint section is an amazing employee and should be recognized. Helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly personable. Rare skills nowadays but thank you for helping out a girl just trying to paint her deck.
I was at Baxter Home Depot this afternoon and received excellent service. Worker in paint dept. Opened closed isle so I could get paint stain needed to finish a project. I live 45 miles from store and grateful I could get today.
Then Cheryl in lumber area helped me load 2 large boards into my RAv 4 after discovering no " loaders" were available.Both gave excellent service.
