I have been getting my hair cut at great clips for years most of the time it's been good. But last time when I walked I was greeted by someone that did not want to be there. She was rude and condescending. She finished with the costumer and then Stroud around for 15 min. And then left with 5 people waiting the other 2 ladies took the next 2 girl's with long hair that wanted cut and stiled. I was told 30 min.. l had all ready sat for 20 min. And there was a list of people coming in. The one who left her addetuet and lake of concern for the people and for that matter for your business. Is sad. And I will find some place else to get my hair cut.

Usually do a decent job, but tonight the woman who cut my hair was not paying attention when she started and was buzzing my hair right next to my part where I have longer hair. She completely took a chunk out of my part and said nothing about it.
