I came across a motorists who lost her front wheel/tire (we found it about 40yds in front of her in the ditch). She had no idea who to call for help. I asked if it would be okay if I contacted Beyer Towing on her behalf. She had no problems with that. After reaching their after hours message, as the recording states, press 1 to get immediate help. Jesse answered the phone but was just starting a shift transition. He forwarded all the info to Bob. Before stopping to help her, this poor lady was on the side of the road for over an hour without any idea what to do. Had a blown tire on our camper on the interstate tonight just past Fergus. Called because we needed help getting the spare on, apparently we didn’t have the right tools. They were friendly and extremely fast. Thank you for getting us back on the road for our family trip!Service: Tire change
