I have been coming to this nail salon for over 20 years I actually followed Helena one of the technicians from another location and she’s still here. I personally see Viv and/or Helena but they are all amazing. They have become like family to us!! Me and my daughters and the many dozens of people we’ve referred love it at D-Spa. I’ve received gift certificates from people not knowing where I go and it’s just not the same. The ladies here know you, they remember things about you. It’s relaxing and very reasonably priced. I look forward to every time I go in. My nails always turn out great!! They look so natural. Over 20 years and I wouldn’t change. Love these ladies you have to try it here if you haven’t. “I paid ($250)for a deep tissue massage for my wife's birthday. I "thought" because of the expensive price tag, Would it be a good one? Boy, was I wrong.....I'm disappointed because I asked them to make it special for her birthday, long before her appointment.I'm not going to write down everything that was told to me. Just understand, we don't complain much, we didn't get near what I paid for.~~~~~~~~~Response to your response below.Actually, I did not pick the person for the massage. Your wedsite allows us to leave that open when we book, I left it open. We've never used any of your services before. We paid for a 90mn FIRM massage... If thats not her specialty, why would they try it????There are a couple of other things that happened, but again, we didn't want to be a squeaky wheel....My wife left a tip because she wanted to be nice. My wife was there early and didn't get seen on time. She also got her massage cut short so your employee could get back on her schedule for her next appointment..My wife did mention her displeasure with the service, which is why you gave her a 25$ discount upon leaving.Instead of trying to save face for the gram, maybe you should have waited and called me to discuss this???????-Update!!!! My wife went back in, and they gave her the white gloves treatment. She was so happy walking out after her appointment. I love to spend my money with good people. I expected good service, and we got it. They accepted responsibility for the first appointment and made it right. We live in a world where people don't accept responsibility for anything. They showed and proved that they were willing to stand by their services.Going forward, I will use them again often.“

“This establishment is great... I am writing this review to notify the owners of one staff. She could possibly be dangerous. She verbally abused me for a long time. I let it go. This lady is older skinny has blonde hair with glasses. Her micro aggression was obvious. Last draw for me was when I wanted to ask question about polish, and she yelled at and jerked my hand. I told her I need another nail tech to finish my mani. She seriously has anger issues that spills into her work. My energy sensor told me that she is discriminate against Black people. She decided in her head that we deserve lesser and mean spirited service. Everyone should be treated as individual. No two fingerprints are the same. I typically tip 20%. Not this time due to stressful hostile experience. Next refill I will make sure to request my beautiful kind hearted Kim.“
