“This was my 1st in salon hair color at age 62. I had Ashley at the Farmington location. Ashley was very friendly, helpful and professional. I was a bit nervous to try something new highlights and lowlights to transition into liking my grey hair coming in. Ashley came to me recommended by my daughter and daughter in law. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and give me advice to keep my hair healthy and a plan to transition to grey gracefully. Ashley was not pushy I didn’t feel rushed. I was asked if I would like coffee or a water. I was checked on to see if I was comfortable during this 3 hour process. Warm neck towels was a bonus! I will be back and already had friends ask who and where I had my hair colored. Thank you Ashley and thank you Fantastic Sam’s for my new look.“
