Brian and his team at BN Builders were fantastic to work with. From drafting a plan to setting a schedule and full completion of the project everything went great. They stayed on task even with some rain, the crew was respectful of our yard and cleaned up every day, it could not have gone better. The final product, a new deck, turned out great, we are more than happy with the end result and would definitely recommend BN Builders!!

I learned of this company from a trusted source and finally got the chance to hire Bryan's team of experts to help with a big problem in my 1950's home. An elbow to the garage got the attention it needed after a flicker in the kitchen didn't resolve. Additional work performed throughout the home included safety upgrades, a garage light and fixing a tripped breaker. All of this incredible work for an extremely fair price and I wasn't even home! Technicians worked fast while my Dad was able to stand by to observe for information or questions. My work got scheduled about a month out, and that was fine. I have my kitchen light working and peace of mind for my repairs were done as I wanted. Thanks again for your help.

The Milestone Events team and Marty are amazing! They worked with us on a wedding in Iowa, providing a beautiful sailcloth tent with lighting. They were quick, efficient, quality of the tent was amazing, and they worked well with our other vendors! We will definitely be using them again and encourage others to as well!
M. Ansari was incredibly professional and kind! I initially took my test at the Eagan DMV but, unfortunately, failed. In just two hours, M. Ansari clearly explained my mistakes, showed me how to correct them, and taught me his simple methods for parallel and 90-degree parking. The experience was absolutely worth it, and I was able to pass my test just two days later! I can’t thank him enough. Don’t hesitate, go with him!

Update: unfortunately 4 nails popped off about 10 days after and the others are on the verge of popping off as well within 10 days of getting them done. Not pleased at all. This is the fastest I’ve ever had them come off even with careful use.

They were cheaper than HomeServe. I paid HomeServe $5.?? per month for all outside water to the meter coverage. Home Serve said there was a copay of $650. LaBrash did the work far less and even replaced a shut-off valve for free. Excellent and professional service. I will highly recommend them 10 out of 10.
Our AC quit working and because our furnace was over 20 years old, we had to replace both units.
Conner came out and gave us his best price up front. His quote was lower than the other contractor. No games or gimmicks like some of the bigger companies.
We were scheduled for the following week. Conner and one other gentleman came out on time and worked until the job was complete. All clean-up and haul-away included. They were very professional, friendly, and hard working.
The following week Denise in the office filed all of our warranties for us and is in the process of filing for some rebates with Xcel Energy.
We would definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs. I feel comfortable with having a local business available for any issues we may have in the future!

I'd give 10 stars if I could. The top 3 words I'd use to describe Ocel Builders, Professional, Knowledgeable and Personable. I capitalized those words for a reason. Brian (sorry if you spell it with a 'y') and Isaac did a job at my apartment that wasn't the norm for them, sound treating my place to make is sound better and clearer so I can make music at a lower volume. I just played guitar, and I couldn't believe how amazing it sounded! Seriously, like a totally different and better guitar. I didn't know sound treatment could do that. They also did some work with the windows so I can get some sleep in my noisy neighborhood and things are quieter roughly 3 fold. I was observing them work and impressed with how quickly they could problem solve an issue, like the massive, plastic window plug. We worked together to figure out where to place the acoustic panels, and I think we might've nailed it! (We did with guitar for sure). I'll know once I hook up the other equipment. Thank you to everyone who's helped me there so far! I'm super happy!

We had Installed Building Solutions come out to do the work in our attic due to poor insulation from a previous owner. They did an excellent job and were able to complete it in the time they stated. They were flexible and gave reasonable pricing as well. They really know their stuff. I would recommend.

We are so grateful to Dr. Leslie, as well as the rest of the staff at Akin Hills. When our previous vet was not able to see our sick cat for a couple days, Akin Hills squeezed us in the same day and started care for her. They addressed all of our concerns and when it was looking like surgery was needed, Dr. Leslie called around to find us the best and most affordable option. Dr. Leslie and the staff followed-up many times to check on our cat which was so appreciated.
