I lost a contact lens on a camping trip While 3 hours away from home. I called around to.a few local optical stores to see if I could get a replacement , but some didn't have the exact brand or didn't really want to help all that much. I called Shopko and spoke with Jane. She was fantastic! She searched and found me a replacement for me. She was very friendly and showed compassion. Totally made my day! Thank you Jane!

Jane was so helpful! I was shopping for new glasses and explained what I’m looking for. She went out of her way to pick out glasses she thought would work. She also helped me pick what I want with my lenses and answered all my questions. She was very patient with me and I did not feel rushed.
