This was my very first time at Shopko in Faribault. Jane was a delight! She was very knowledgeable, kind, funny and made going to the eye doctor fun! I will be purchasing glasses (Jane helped find a gorgeous pair that frames my face beautifully!) and contacts through them. Thank you Jane!
I scheduled an exam yesterday for 3 PM today. I called Cindy at 2:30 because I was caught up and going to be late. She let me me know they could see me at 4:45. I arrived at 4:30 and was welcomed immediately by Jane. Jane started my exam pre-tests for the digital exam visit. She made it fun and easy. My exam was with Dr. Herriott who was on a big screen TV live in the moment. He was just as wonderful as the rest of the team, reviewing all my tests Jane had completed and making a recommendation for a workspace lens for my own remote work. They have been great and very helpful when I needed it the most! They got me in with very short notice for a contact fitting after breaking my glasses so I could see. They team there is very kind! I highly recommend this place!
I had one of those new appointments where the doctor basically zooms in and the techs do the majority of the tests for the doctors and upload everything for the doctors to review. It's pretty cool and she did an awesome job!
