Had a CNC computer monitor go out and he help me to diagnose it and offered a monitor of his to try and use until I got a replacement , that's going out of your way!! Thanks !! I will return when the need arises.

Extremely knowledgeable; knew the problem with my computer immediately after seeing it. Gave me an estimate of how much it would cost to send back to manufacturer to replace broken part and informed me it would probably be wiser to purchase a new computer based upon the age of mine and the current prices of new computers. John offered all of this advice for free and is, by far, the friendliest and most customer helpful repair technician in Faribault. I know by experience the rude behavior I've been subjected to by other computer repair services in Faribault, and my experience with John was remarkably more pleasant and respectful. Geek Central is the only place I will bring my computers for repair from now on.
