My first impression of Bill McCann was a gentle but firm nature. He heard my story about being taken advantage of by previous contrators and stepped up and really worked with me on my garage slab. His communiication was consistent and I always knew when he would show up and when things would be finishied. No dust settles under this guys feet. He knew what he needed to complete the job and was very organized with his planning. He is truly a man of his word and I would highly recommend him for any of his services.
