I cannot say enough about Flawless! I get all the things…eyelashes, brows, laser, facials regularly at different places and Flawless is by far the most comfortable self-care/medspa environment I’ve been to. The clinic is small and boutique which compliments the friendly and genuine environment. Michelle at the front desk is so pleasant and helpful, Shawna and Emily are kind, honest and extremely knowledgeable. Everyone is very transparent and genuinely wants to help you with your personal goals. They talked to me about options and treatments that may be a fit once I shared what my skin goals were and I didn’t feel pressured or upsold at all. In fact I left with having used and purchased less than I expected. Flawless is a place you come back to because of the personal treatment, trust, honesty and expertise but you don’t have to sacrifice cost. Their pricing is really reasonable. You can tell they are set up to benefit their clients and value long term relationships over making the most off an individual visit. Of all the places I’ve been this is the first place that from the giddy up made me feel like I was speaking to friends that have my best interests at heart when it comes to esthetics. They have great new client promos and a wonderful rewards program. If you’re in the fence about trying something or are just looking for a new or better clinic just go visit them.
